Who we are
FitLine Studio is operated by PM-International AG (“PM-International”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in Luxembourg. We provide an internal AI-powered image generation tool for FitLine brand marketing assets.
Data we collect
When you sign in with FitLine Studio, we receive your name and email from your authentication provider (Clerk). When you generate images, we store the prompt text you submitted, the resulting image files, the model used, the timestamp, and anonymized usage statistics for quota and billing purposes.
With your consent (see our cookie banner), we collect product analytics through PostHog: what features you use, where you encounter errors. This data is keyed to your authentication ID but is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Where data is stored
All personal data is stored in the European Union:
- Convex — primary database and image storage (eu-west-1, Ireland)
- Vercel — application hosting (Frankfurt)
- Clerk — authentication (EU region)
- Sentry — error monitoring (Frankfurt)
- PostHog — product analytics, EU cloud
- Upstash Redis — rate limits (Frankfurt)
Third parties
We use the Vercel AI Gateway to call image generation models from OpenAI and Google. Your prompts and any reference images are transmitted to these providers solely for generation. We have configured Zero Data Retention where supported, and these providers are contractually prohibited from training models on your inputs.
We use AWS Rekognition (eu-central-1, Frankfurt) to scan generated images for unsafe content before they are persisted. Image bytes are sent to Rekognition for the duration of the analysis and not retained.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access your data — visit /settings to download a complete JSON export of everything we hold about you.
- Delete your account — the same /settings page lets you irreversibly delete your data and authentication account in one click.
- Withdraw consent — clear your browser cookies to be re-prompted for analytics consent on the next visit.
- Lodge a complaint — with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CNPD).
Retention
Generated images and metadata are retained for the lifetime of your account. Authentication data is retained per Clerk’s policy. After you delete your account at /settings, all FitLine Studio data is purged immediately. Backups are rotated within 30 days.
