Terms of service.

By accessing FitLine Studio (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by PM-International AG (“PM-International”) and is intended exclusively for authorized PM-International staff and approved partners for the purpose of generating FitLine-brand marketing assets.

Access requires email-based sign-up followed by manual approval by a PM-International administrator. Sign-up does not guarantee access. Your account may be revoked at any time without notice if your role changes or if you violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• depicts nudity, sexual content, or any sexualization of minors;
• depicts graphic violence, gore, or harm to identifiable individuals;
• references competitor brands in the FitLine vertical;
• promotes politically or religiously divisive content;
• infringes the intellectual property of third parties;
• misrepresents the FitLine brand, products, or scientific claims.

We use automated moderation (regex pre-checks, AWS Rekognition scanning) plus human review to enforce these limits. Generated content that is flagged is held for review and may be deleted.

Each account has daily and monthly generation quotas. The tenant has a monthly USD spend cap. Once reached, generation is paused until the next billing month. PM-International may activate a kill switch that immediately disables all generation, for incidents, runaway costs, or maintenance.

Generated images are work-for-hire on behalf of PM-International and are the property of PM-International AG, subject to any underlying rights of the AI model providers. You may not use generated assets for any purpose other than approved PM-International marketing without written permission.

Generation is powered by third-party AI models (currently OpenAI gpt-image-2 and Google Imagen via Vercel AI Gateway). By using the Service you also agree to the relevant provider policies, including their content and acceptable-use rules.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies and must be reviewed by a human before use in any public-facing PM-International communication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM-International is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the Service in the prior twelve months (currently $0 for internal users).

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced to active accounts via email or the Studio interface at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
